GAINESVILLE, FL – May 2025 — The Collier Companies is proud to celebrate a historic milestone: the graduation of the first-ever class of the Santa Fe College and Builders Association of North Central Florida (BANCF) Building Maintenance Apprenticeship Program.
Join us in congratulating Daniel Moger, Del Baldwin, and Eric Hull—three outstanding Team Members who completed this two-year program, which included over 4,000 hours of hands-on training and classroom instruction. Their achievement marks a major step forward in professional development and industry excellence.

- Del Baldwin – Perfect Attendance for never missing a class in two years
